You think 20 is old for liking Pokemon? :lol: I'm 27 and I've been playing Pokemon from Red and Blue and intend to get the new one too :D Some people may call me sad :x but as an RPG fan I can't get enough of it :P
heck, I am 35 and play pokemon! looking forward to black and white (course I play with the kids too, all three of us playing in the pokatelon is a woot rune factory III was great, as was dragon quest IX SMT: Strange Journey was also one of my favorites, frustrating near the end though otherwise it would have been hands down favorite
I would have to go for The World Ends With You, but I also liked Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and Final Fantasy IV. I never really liked the Pokemon series in general.

Just kidding. I would never assault someone for playing what they like! Absurd. My favorite RPG depends on which one I'm involved with at the minute... Right now that's DQIV, and i love it.
infinite space would be my fav by miles if they just didnt screw up the battle system completly. possibly could have been my fav game of the gen on any platform. such staggering potential. i really really hope they take a shot at it again with a sequal. but sadly as it is its a bit of a mess. so im going with the world ends with you.
Hard to choose just one. Hard to choose just one so I'll say Soul Silver is my favorite Pokemon (the nostalgia is just too much for me to handle ha ha), FFIV is my favorite FF (although I just bought 4 Warriors of Light about three hours ago), and my favorite of the rest is Disgaea DS. All of those games are great though.
There are lots of great NDS games, but if we're talking about favorite DS RPG's, then i would say.... -The Worlds Ends With You -Kingdom Hearts Games -Final Fantasy IV -Chrono Trigger -Final Fantasy III -Pokemon Games Some games aren't even considered RPG's by some but i added them anyway.

I found that game way too easy. All I needed to do every time was just wait at the back while the meter fills up then Special all the enemies to death from just out of range of their weapons. Not even the boss battles were immune to this. The dialogue was flat and childish as well.
What is it that people seem to love about The World Ends With You, anyway? I found it to be the most repetitive game I've ever played, all I ever did was slash up and if I ever died it was more to do with dumb luck than any kind of mistake on my part. The script was somewhat above average but took way too long to explain things, and all the streets looked the same.
As for my favourite, I'll hold up Dragon Quset 9. This is everything a turn-based game should be. You have a truckload of attack options, plenty of reasons to use most of the attack options, a challenge curve that keeps level-grinding as a last resort and when you do need to, it doesn't artificially lengthen the game more than it needs to. The script manages to combine wit and emotional weight so well, when normally one would only ever expect one or the other, and it manages to dangle an overhanging mystery overhead without making you angry.
Like so many others have posted, I love The World Ends with You. I've also had fun with Pokemon, especially Heart Gold and Soul Silver. I'll probably add Okamiden to my favorite DS games when it comes out because I loved Okami for PS2.
