What kind of genres do you think the ds is lacking in?

there are some great strategy games on the ds, but thats a very small amount

i say strategy! isn't there a geoW for ds soon?

more shooters would make it crazy

DECENT RPG's, We need a Golden Sun 3, some Fire Emblem, or things of that calibur quality.

Some strategy's beyond Advance Wars would be nice, love advance wars, but we need more strategy games

Fighting games. I think Ds is already full of RPGs ( ASH, Fina fantasy 3,4, dragon quest4, 9, fire emblem, and etc)

There's only 5 fighting games for the DS that I know, and that's Guilty gear dust strikers, bleach, bleach 2nd, JUS, JS. Seeing how well the bleach game goes, we should realy have a good fighting game. I want more GOOD fighting games....

Yeah i agree that DS need more FPS games, havn't try one yet, and I can't find Metriod Prime Hunter. But there should be Metriod Prime 2 DSor a sequel.

GamesI'm really looking forare the US release of It's a Wonderful World, ASH, Dragon Quest 9, and the next Castlevania game, which they are developing now.

Stop with the SRPG of Final Fantasy and revision parts like Final Fantasy3 and 4.

Final Fantasy 7 or/and 8 would be awesome.

i agree with the FPS. something GOOD please. (and can we incorporate wi-fi, for goodness sake?... *cough* dementium.. *cough*).

...and i 2nd the notion on super mario RPG, although i hear 'mario & luigi-b.i.t.' is pretty good. not like we need ANOTHER RPG port.

Hey you can have your own opinion about it but that's what I think of and they are missing hard core and when I say hard core I MEAN hard core.

RPG's. Odd pick because there are quite a few in development and other genres are lacking. My reasoning is quite simple, many of the games that aren't on the DS aren't missed because they aren't suited to the system for various reasons, whereas RPG's are a good fit for the system and yet big hitting JRPG's are mysteriously absent.

I think you'll find virtually all consoles are lacking those unless you are counting download releases for the homeconsoles. But I'd agree, that too is something the DS like the GBA before it, is quite suited to, and as a result their absence is all the more pronounced.
