I am really not into the Wii channels. I am not sure what the fascination is, it only seems to detract from actual gameplay. So I am not really looking for any Channels. I am really looking forward to more VC games though.
I heard of the upcoming channel that involves something to do with rating eachothers miis. I'm quite sure I didn't make this up, but either way you put it that sounds pretty cool.
Maybe a Pictochat sorta thing too?
Oh yeah, a channel that downloads DS demos. Once again, I'm not sure if I'm making this up but I'm sure I read somewhere that there will be something like that. :)

Yhea ive heard of the DS demos through the Wii. I would also like a Music Channel were you can download music and play it while playing the wii games.A Sim game sort of channel but with Mii's.
I want to see an updated Mii Channel so that theres things to do with the Miis cause having them just walk around is a bit boring. What if there was ways for them to interact with other Wiis in there like some sort of messenger. What about little minigames or some way of customizing them even more than face and t-shirt colour.
A music channel would be awesome, you could download mp3s and listen to them when you are in other channels and if a game you are playing is compatible with the music channel you could customize the soundtrack of that game.
How about and IM channel. It could also kind of be like pictochat. Or a phone channel if Nintendo comes out with a microphone attachment to the Wiimote.
Talk channel: Pretty much like a forum only for Wii users. You start off using the Globe function, like in News channel. By zooming in you can find user-created "rooms" that are placed wherever the user has set their location as. Each room has an icon with the number of visitors displayed next to them, and their icon's size depends on their popularity. I feel a channel like this would be important to create a bridge between hardcore players and casual players, as they would probably be more likely to use the talk channel instead of seeking out Wii forums on the web. Plus you get one big official Wii forum.
Virtual Console channel: Instead of keeping all your Virtual Console games spread out on the main Wii OS you can gather them in one separate channel.
That's all I can honestly think of right now... I have some high hopes for the improved Internet channel as well.
a demo channel, it is perfect for creating HUGE hype for a game, look at the 360 and some things it has. i think that you shouldn't waste space for things like IM or videochat because you can just use the computer for that
