Here's a useful list that I use for 3DS games. As for me, I'm excited the most about Resident Evil: Revelations and TLoZ;tOoT.

Mario kart 3ds, the untitled FF and DQ games, MGS Snake Eater 3D, Rayman Origins, the Starfox 64 remake, Paper Mario 3DS, Tales of the Abyss, Kid Icarus: Uprising, Super Meat Boy, both Resi games, and the untitled Kingdom Hearts game.
w00t, Tetris in 3D!! I shall most definitely do the happy dance! I was just thinking about how awesome it would be for them to do a Tetris 3D(what?? I'm serious....stop laughin'!)!
Anywho, besides my joy for Tetris, I've been straight pining for that MGS3 and those RE games, and though I've never been interested in a Prof. Layton game since they got my homie Phoenix (Wright) in it as well I'm definitely interested in checking that out (hope they do a solo PW game eventually, too). And wow...to see another AC coming out that might be cool as well....just so long as they do it better than that other damn DS one. And obviously any Mario is an automatic.
Mario Kart 3DS, DOA: Dimensions, Super Street Fighter IV, Star Fox 64/Lylat Wars (played on VC, but I need a hard copy), and Kid Icarus. I'll be sold even more if Mortal Kombat, F-Zero, Zatch Bell/Konjiki no Gashbell, and Sims games in vein of Bustin' Out and Urbz made an appearance.
I'll probably be getting: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D Kingdom Hearts 3D Kid Icarus Uprising Whatever new Mario platformers they make Final Fantasy 3D (but probably only if it's not turn-based, unless it's a remake of VII)
New games, i.e. not remakes. I would say Paper Mario 3D, Mario Kart 3DS, Resident Evil, all those JRPG's if they get localised more specifically get released in the UK, and interested to see how Saints Row is (hopefully not some spin off crap I want an open world GTA type game on 3DS).
I can't wait for Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. that's all i really would ever need on a ds. however it would be awesome to see conker's bad fur day or banjo tooie, but those are made by Rare and i do't know if we'll see those.
Lets see, what would I get: Zelda OOT, MGS Snake Eater, DQ remakes of DQ I/II/III as well as DQ XI (Since X is confirmed for the Wii), FF Remakes of FFV/VI, FF Tactics A3, Kid Icarus, a New Zelda game, and a bunch of others (Yes I know that there are a few games on this list that are unconfirmed, although in time I am sure they will be ;)
