The Beatles are usually pretty careful about whom they license their songs to. I haven't played Guitar Hero though. Are their songs on either of the first two? I'd probably like to see a song from some of my favorite bands like The Smashing Pumpkins, Pearl Jam, Weezer etc.
Even though I dont think it will ever happen I would like to see some collective soul. or a system of a down song. I would like to see Radio/Video or spiders, but I think a song like chop suey would be more likely
i do not know what songs i would like to be in guitar hero but i wish it suports the songs you put on your sd cards.is this possible;i guess it is dificult

Doesn't Michael Jackson still own the rights to their catalog? If so, I'm surprised Jacko hasn't signed on to it, yet. Anyway, some indie love is needed.

He owns half of the publishing rights to 180 Beatles songs. He also owns half of the publishing rights to over 200,000 country songs. The rights to the songs are being used as collateral by him in a loan for $200 million that he currently has out from Bank of America.

I want some more surf stuff. They have Dick Dale, but how avout some Ventures, Fireballs, Eddie and the Showmen, Surfaris, Shadows etc. Also, some punk rock would be appreciated. I mean real punk too, not MCR or Good Charlotte. Give us DOA, Minor Threat, Crass, the good stuff.

I'd like songs similar to the songs on guitar hero 1, it's not that the songs on the 2nd game was bad, but they wernt really my taste... In the end though, whatever songs they stick on it I'll still rush out and buy it anyway because guitar hero rules! :D
Red Hot Chili Peppers (could you imagine Right on Time on expert) some Zeppelin would be nice,as would Thin Lizzy, some of Muse's more guitar oriented songs would be cool. Art Brut would be cool, some old school Metallica (imagine Master of Puppets).
