What time will TVii be up?

I want to know if I should just wait to download it in the morning or if I should stay up tonight to try it out for myself.

It is almost 3 on the East Coast and yet no update yet

It is cool but I can't get much use right now since everybody else wants to use the TV the Wii U is hooked up to. If TVii was up earlier I would've been able to use it since I was the only one home.
