I'd like to see some exclusive action-adventures,classic adventure, and horror.

Everything.
RTS games - Nintendo should commission Chris Taylor to make an RTS for the system. With the touch controller, and/or the Wiimote as a pointer, RTS games could be playable on a console.
I hope Project Cars is good. Good driving games are always a plus.
Plenty of fun platformers, 2D and 3D.
Just anything and everything.
A LOT LESS FPS GAMES!
Also I would like to see a return of 3D platforming adventure games they have pretty much disapeared aside from Mario. Better consoles RPG's is always good. As long as we have good variety though. This generation has been mostly FPS and third person shooters.

I would just like to see game use the new controller well....showing innovation and originality. Because I can count on one hand the number of games I played on Wii that I felt truly used the Wiimote in a way that added to my experience rather than took away from it. Sometimes this means minimal usage is great, like just collecting/shooting star bits in Mario Galaxy. Or being able to quickly and easily shoot your arrows in Twilight Princess.
I think if companies are just going to toss in all kinds of ridiculous ideas to use the controller just for the sake of saying they are using it, it is going to result in bad games or inferior ports.

This was my first thought, too. RTS games are a must.
Some good RPG's that aren't JRPG are what I want the most. Oh and a 2D, sidescrolling Metroid game.
Less kiddy game shovelware nonsense that nobody played last gen. More horror.
SNESMaster420
Nintendo didn't make shovelware. crappy third parties did.
JRPG's, cuz there definitely aren't enough
Action-Adventure Games
First Person Shooters
Puzzle Games
LESS PLATFORMERS

And at the moment, way too much Mario - but hey, that's your opinion if you think we need more 3D platformers. And which devs did you have in mind?[QUOTE="Vickman178"][QUOTE="DoctorWho88"]

And which devs did you have in mind?Yeah there is definitely too many Mario games as of late. I don't really care what devs make them as long as there are some good games. Like last generation off the top of my head I can think of the Maximo games on PS2 were pretty fun, Jak & Daxter, and Psychonaughts obviously not all those can be on Nintendo but we just need more fun games like those.
I wanna see a midevil/viking raiding style/comand&conquer/levling up/treasures/trinkets/monster hunter/ sim city/ kinda game.
like so, you pick a race of people, develop them through the ages and at the the same time you're on the frontline of the battles playing the hero. you aquire the resources. i.e. slaves/metal/wood/cash whatever you need to do the job. you need resources to improve you're civ, weapons, buildings, standard of living etc. you have to sim date some kings/queens to get land or choice to invade. aquire alliances, and throw in some magical/mystical lord of the rings, skyrim crap and bam! best game ever!
we're talking FPS/RPG/MMO/SIM/Strategy
Fixed.A LOT LESS SHOVELWARE
Vickman178
Don't know why you even think that first person shooters were a problem on the Wii, considering the sheer amounts of absolute garbage.
I've never seen an MMO on the Wii, let alone a FPS/MMO, let alone a FPS/RPG/MMO, let alone a ... you get the pointwe're talking FPS/RPG/MMO/SIM/Strategy

Have you actually laid your hands on it? Have any of your friends laid hands on it? Have you talked to anyone who has laid their hands on it? Do you know anyone who has laid hands on it, except for critics and staff from Nintendo? So how do you know for sure that it is so powerful?Everything is the only right answer (though I tend to not care about RTS, ball sports, and puzzle games like Tetris), but a list of games I would like to see are...
Baten kaitos 3
Metroid (third person prime like game)
Zelda (like OoT, MM, WW but grander and more up to date)
Mario (Mario 64 type game, meets Super Mario Galaxy)
NSMBU (looks like one of the best 2D marios yet)
Super Smash Bros (keep it fresh though. And PLEASE make the levels a bit bigger like Melee rather than Brawl)
F-Zero (Like GX but newer and even better)
I could definitely list more, but many are games that are not Nintendo specific
more mario more zelda more fzero more dk more 007 more driver more top gear more everything except 007 knock offs like cod ,
