I will be getting the internet channel soon and I was wondering if some websites were not campable with it. Like gamespot?

Not in my knowledge.

I know you can watch video on youtube and dailymotion. All websites thatI go on there are HTML compatible.

Some extremly flash heavy websites, or a type of flash videos don't work, also java based sites don't work, other than that, your fine. Gamespot works.

Lol my friend plays maple story and he said that when you go into their site, it doesn't support his web browser.

The flash player is about two versions out of date, so sites that depend on the latest version of flash won't work.
