Smash Bros Brawl has the best looking cutscenes on the Wii at this point in my opinion. But over all I think Mario Galaxy is the nicest looking game on the Wii right now. Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3, and Resident Evil 4 are also really nice looking games.

Ouch. 2 of the 3 of the last ones you mention are gamecube games. And didn't MP3 use the same engine or something as the gamecube Primes?

Actually Metroid Prime 3 is exclusive to Wii, I don't know if it used the same engine as the first two Metroid Primes. Resident Evil 4 was originally on the Gamecube yes but now it's Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition and it has all of the extra features that were added to the PS2 version.

Yes, but that means nothing like sharing the same graphics...
SSBB has the greatest graphics, because they don't need intense framerate and don't have too much on screen, so the overall ended up nicer
galaxy is sweet, they cheated by making every details really far in the universe (pulling the camera back) so it looks nicer

Yeah, I understand that, and I agree with your choices for some of the better graphics on the Wii. But I'm just saying "ouch" for Nintendo. That really means that developers haven't been doing a very good job.
Have you played Okami?
It isn't even close (compared to other game's graphics), I mean the detail, and japanese water-painting style are breath taking. Even my parents noticed how beautiful it was. And they don't notice much about video-games.

Yes, the art style is amazing but the game is not technically impressive. This is a PS2 game.

I remember reading somewhere that Metroid Prime 3 was built from the "ground up". I'm uncertain if it's true.
-EDIT: oh right, best graphics... yeah, galaxy was decent
I said I don't know if it used the same engine as the first two Metroid Primes, somehow you messed up the quotes.
