Why would MKW have DLC? More charcters or ..? Anyway my pick is Rock Band, this game will suck IMO without it, mainly because I know about 4 songs on the main list but want heaps of the DL ones, so it needs it IMO.
I remember months before the Wii's release Nintendo spoke of the possibility of being able to download extra dungeons in Zelda. That was something they really should have done for Twilight Princess.
I'd like Brawl and MOHH2 to have DLC. In fact, any game that lets you go online for play should have some sort of DLC like extra character models or maps. Brawl has that submitted "stage of the day" feature, so that could be considered DLC.
Brand new levels for Ghost Squad would get me to come back to that game...and not beat the entire thing in 15 minutes. Guitar Hero 3 was supposed to have DLC, and Activision was vocal about getting some, but Nintendo still lacks a way to store it, so it's a no go right now.
