I think that I'd have to go with "Scar" as well.

My DS hinge crack "curved around" until a significantly sized piece of hinge fell off the thing, exposing the ugly insides of the hinge.

well i had a ds who's R button broke so he would be lefty, then i replaced him with a warranty (sry lefty) and then with the new one the L button broke so his name would be righty... he's not very dependablesomeguy503

Hrmmm since mine is the color of the whites of your eyes, as brilliant as the single star that resides on our flag, and as pure as my intentions... probably I'd call mine "Texas Death Penalty". Both for it's extreme leet intimidation factor and to remind the gunman that in the lonestar state, our death row has an express checkout.
