Some game DLC is free. Sometime's developersthey add game modes and free extra maps and weapons. Remember you aren't forced to buy these.

Demos, patches, and downloading GC games would be awesome.
I hate what they did with DLC on the 360/PS3. They nickel and dime you for everything.
update all games to work with only one FC, revamped Wii shop and more centralised online multiplayer service with dedicated servers for all nintendo games, patches to fix brawl, DLC for brawl, kart, twilight princess, etc.
Patches, patches, patches. Gotta have my patches! There are so many Wii games that could have been vastly improved with a few tweaks here and there. Roll on those patches!
I agree, 360/PS3 want money for everything, but that's because they losing sales to Nintendo (I think I'm right). But I would love to see demos as well. Renting can be tedious, I'd rather download a couple demos and pick my favorite. I'd also like to see the download area more accessible and laid out better. I get very aggrivated having to navigate back and forth to get a couple of screens of a game, and there are no videos. Heck, I'd be happy if on the first page of a game, there were zoomable pictures or a video...there doesn't even need to be a demo.
Game expansions. MKWii had stages I hated. Baby Park and Daisy's cruise weren't there :(. Brawl could have DLC stages(official and user generated). The Conduit could have DLC stages and story levels. The Force Unleashed could have the same as the PS3 and 360. WarioWare could have more mini games. Wario Land Shake It could have more levels. Mario Galaxy(more galaxies),Zelda(more dungeons) So many more games. Also updates for glitches and such. The Conduit needs so many patches for wifi right now. Brawl needs an update for wifi. Demo's they did once for MP3. Yes gamecube game downloads.
I think it'd be pretty sweet if they started making Gameboy/GB Colour/GBA D/L games for 500 Wii points. I'd D/L Pokemon and then have to D/L Pokemon Ranch, then I wouldn't need a Gameboy, Gameboy cable and POkemon games for each respective Gameboy.
Wait, since when did the Wii get to the point where Downloadable Content was fully supported? Am I missing something here? :?
Anyways, if this is the case, the only thing I ask for is potential patches down the line. Even then, I'm not exactly crazy about DLC as a whole; at this point, it just seems like a cop-out for publishers/developers to release an unpolished game whenever, instead of putting all of its time and resources into a finished product. The last thing the Wii developing community needs is another way for developers to get off easy, in my opinion. Also, since I can't really see demos at this point, I won't even bother mentioning beyond this sentence.

Few days ago Nintendo said that with a high capacity SD card you can play DLC strait from it. This opens up a possiblity for DLC other than GH and Wii shop channel.

Really now? Not sure how I missed that, if it's really the case. :P That said, I always thought that it should have been possible to upload DLC content from the SD memory card, provided that it was big enough in size, so this doesn't surprise me in that regard. Once again, if this becomes a supported feature for the Wii, I only hope developers don't get it through their heads to abuse it...
Um, can I say all of them? Mostly patches I guess, hope developers don't try to abuse it like the ps360 though.

Nintendo is a little smarter then the other companies. They know that creativity and affordability is a big part. Nintendo have the top games for their console because they make quality ever since they made video games. Nintendo is smart and creative, look at there mario games they are always new and different without just milking us by making the same thing with mario in it, so they will find out a good way to use the DLC, but they are smart enough not to abuse it. See nintendo wont sacrifice there own games quality and just make it up with DLC, but some third party developers (cough treyarch) who are already lazy with wii games will probably end up using dlc to make this up. CODWAW had one excuse saying that it's the first COD with online on the wii and they must have had to work pretty hard to get the COD engine on the Wii and really couldn't tweek it and make it better in such short time and with the 360 and ps3 projhects being more important then the wii. treyarch might make COD:MW good for wii since they have no other projects and this is they're only money maker right now so it probably will be more quality then WAW. With this they may be able to update more often, so they could fix glitches, add online modes, and possibly map packs. Hopefully the map packs will be included with the game so we won't have to pay for the map packs. Not saying that treyarch wouldn't sell it for free because on 360 they sold 1 free map, but consideing how much treyarch milked from the 360 and ps3 3 map packs probably means they might try on the wii. COD4 only had one map pack which i'm willing to spend 5 dollars to get, but if treyarch released 3 map packs, all over $10 like for the 360 and ps3 COD WAW then I won't be to interested,Demos would be nice.

Or longer demo videos for the Virtual Console games...did anyone see the Super Star Wars video on the Nintendo Channel...lame
I voted for demos. But then I got to thinking....
If we could share skins and levels and such on Super Smash Bros. Brawl, patch a few things up in some games (particularly The Conduit, which could benefit hugely from some patching), and perhaps make the Wii Friend system so if you enter your friends' Wii's code into the system they become a friend for all games, the Wii could be hugely improved.
Basically I would like to see all of these, and I'd enjoy having demos most, but patches would be the most beneficial.
And I would like a demo for Red Steel 2. It looks fantastic but when something has the words "Red" and "Steel", you have to be a little skeptical.I would like a demo for Tatsunoko vs. Capcom

I want to try Resident Evil Dark Chronicles (if it's out) or Castlevania Judgement...but won't rent it in case they suck.

that would be amazing.
I want them to mainly streamline the online experience, with patches for all the games that have laggy online. (I'm looking at you, Brawl!):P
I also want them to provide regular DLC for games like TP and Mario Kart, where you could get new quests or tracks or something.
My only concern is that if Nintendo follows in Microsoft's path, we'll be charged for all the DLC.
How come there is no all of the above option. :(
Anyways, it would be great to have all that stuff, especially demos, patches, and DLC.
Demos. DLC is just a way for developers to get you to pay more for something that should have been in a game in the first place.

Nah we won't. Wi-Fi is much cheaper and easier to use then XBL and XBL is a stronger service. Nintendo is too smart to try rip us with dlc, nitnedo will use it properly, just 3rd party developers I'm worried about (treyarch). Hopefully they proove me wrong with COD:MW cuz its hard to screw up that game.Man I want some DLC for our Miis. That would be sweet.Jackal1721
Yea. Also, demos would be awesome. I would like to see some DLC for smash bros or mario kart wii or maybe even super mario galaxy. Patches would be good too.
Sounds like you want it to be like the other platforms. The only thing I want is one unique friendcode/gamertag, etc. It makes things less annoying - but even still its not that big of an issue, it would just be nice.update all games to work with only one FC, revamped Wii shop and more centralised online multiplayer service with dedicated servers for all nintendo games, patches to fix brawl, DLC for brawl, kart, twilight princess, etc.
