in super smash bros brawl I was fighting online and I was doing very well. I got into a sudden death match with someone and I killed him easily.....And myself.....Before His life was taken, I wasn't paying attention and accidently used the B and up move(to save yourself). And I fell fast and bam......Stupid
HAHA :D, now thats funny. roflIn Ocarina Of Time. Inside the deku tree. My older brother told me i could find the slingshot in some grass. I stayed up for a good 2 hours slashing away at a pile of herbs just to have him come back home and call me retarded. :(

Probably that was in WoW when i fell into the ocean with my orc shaman or something, cause i was looking for some hidden path that apparently wasn't as hidden as i thought it was. I died by some monster in the water, couldn't get back on land and resurrected at the other side of the ocean. I was lost for hours between some way too high monkeys. At some point i gave up, and made a new character.

I've done something similar, but not as extreme.
I can't remember really which one was the dumbest. I've met a lot of untimely deaths in the past. I've been blown apart by rocket launchers, I've set my self on fire, etc.
At one point in FF3 though, I was working with glitching the save file, and I avoided all the warnings about "don't glitch on the intanger! It's super easy, but it has a huge failure rate!" Anyway, I really messed up my save file. Terra's sprite was always morphed, but her stats weren't and it wouldn't let me use the comand at all.
I ended up just going forward, but when I got to the ruined world I just called it quits it was too upsetting. All I really wanted was dozens of dozens of great items and maybe a few good spells thrown in.
I guess they mean it when they say "glitching may ruin your save".

OOT Zelda. Looking for the very first sword. Looked all over the village, couldn't find it. Looked in the training area, couldn't find it. Looked in the Lost Woods, fought everything with Deku sticks, got all the way to the Forest Temple, and still couldn't find it. I finally had to use the internet to look at a walkthrough, something I hate doing.
Turns out, it is in the training center. The problem was that I was so busy running away from the giant rock in the training center, that I missed the sword entirely. You'd have to think way back to understand what I'm talking about, but the rock chases you in a circle and if you're avoiding the rock, you run to the left. The path to the sword is to the right, but for some reason I never saw the path, I assumed it wasn't there, and I just started to wander around the woods.
I had to use a walkthrough in that game only one other time, to find a key in the Water Temple. That is by far the dumbest thing I've done in a game, and one of the dumbest things I've heard from anyone that has played a game.
