Hi, im gettin the red and black ds for christmas and i can only get one game to go with it and I wanted to know what you guys think is the absolute best game?
In all the games ive played so far, I'd say Zelda: PH is the best. My second favorite has to be Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow. Since you said you can only get one game, I wouldn't get the best, I'd get the most replayable, which is without a doubt Mario Kart. This would probably be third best on my list.

for the most part, i agree. especially about getting the most replayable over the "best." but i DO NOT think zelda is the best game. it is indeed one of the best looking games on the DS, but it is incredibly short, fairly easy, and does not possess nearly as much replay value as a lot of other games. i havent even played a DS version of pokemon, but ive played GBA versions, and i would have to say that i think any of those are ultimately better. but even still those games arent my favorite.. i love metroid prime:hunters and tony hawk's proving ground a LOT, but ultimately id have to say New Super Mario Bros. or Super Mario 64 DS (im kind of an old-school diehard mario fan.) but when it comes down to it, it truly depends on what youre looking for... replay, graphics, game-type, etc. etc.
