its a tie between Zelda OoT and Super Mario 3D Land... of course, those are the only 2 3ds games I own so far, but still, I'd say they are the most attractive visually, and in terms of gameplay as well

Out of what I have--which isn't much--I like the graphics on Super Street Fighter IV the best. I've had it since lauch and still sometimes during one of the combos, I just look at it like, "damn."

I have hardly played any 3DS games, so i cant say. I only own OoT and have not played my 3DS yet, since I am busy with SS and work. Not too mention i am paranoid to use the thing as I have no solution to the screen scratching issue that might turn out awful :P.
I dunno, Mario Kart's got some serious low res textures and low-poly models that really stand out given how simple the style is. I think Mario 3D Land looks pretty good, though. It's clean, everything's nice and crisp, and it's very colourful. DOA looks nice too but it suffers from its more realistic style and a really terrible 3D effect.
Just got my sword and shield in OoT 3DS jus to test it out, since I have not had time. Is the 3D in this game considered good, okay, bad, great? I really enjoy it to be honest, although sometimes I can see double images on my screen, not to mention sometimes you get a feeling that your eyes are being tricked, but thats not to bad. I really like the sense of depth, and the remake is beautiful, although I hate links new running animation :P. I think its new, and if its not, its his new body lol.
Resident Evil Mercenaries looked incredible but character animation got choppy when far away, even though it was smooth when nearby, it was kinda weird. Dead or Alive Dimensions looked fantastic, Super Mario 3D Land looked excellent as well. Mario Kart 3D was very impressive too though, 60 FPS in full 3D was super smooth and it looked even better then Mario Kart Wii in my opinion. Even star fox showed some really cool modern effects and looked quite nice. I'd say the best looking game overall would be Dead or Alive, it's the only game that seems to push the 3DS in graphics because it looks close to as good as the Dead or Alive on the 360, but Mario Kart 7 running at 60 FPS in Full 3D is also impressive. With Revelations which looks amazing, and Tekken 3D which looks technically great and can run 60 FPS in Full 3D, I think the best has yet to come.
