My favourite DS-exclusive RPG is Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. Simply amazing. Great soundtrack, fun gameplay, and it has Fawful in it. Any game that has Fawful in it is awesome.
I'm really enjoying KH 358/2 days right now. It takes a bit to pick up but the combat has remained intact from the console version and the panel system is pretty well designed. I will also nominate the Castlevania games, more specifically DoS and Ecclessia if you allow those into your "RPG" category.

I can't decide between getting that or Sands of Destruction next time I pick up a DS game...
By Far, Final Fantasy IV My Favorite Final Fantasy next to FF7 that is ^_^ I think Square Enix did a nice job with Final Fantasy III & IV on the DS I only wish it'd come to the PSP as well (Because FF1/2 just wasn't enough!)

This. Chrono Trigger is probably the best game I've played in years. I missed it on the SNES, so I was happy to play it on the DS and it was outstanding.

TWEWY. Devil Survivor is a close 2nd but I still have yet to beat it. I'm stuck on 1 battle that has some annoying conditions. I don't normally like SRPGs but Devil Survivor is a really enjoyable game.
I own FF3, FF4, and Chrono Trigger. I am at the end of FF3 but I haven't gotten that far into FF4 and Chrono Trigger. I already love Chrono Trigger though. Waiting for Pokemon Heart Gold, and I might play Kingdom hearts.

ooh morrowind on the DS would be kewl....though i think its predecessor, daggerfall, would be more feasible on the DS. daggerfall is also awsome (though very very hard when starting out) and its legally free now. you can get it on the elder scrolls website if your curious. anywho mine are The world ends with you Crono trigger - just got this a couple of days ago. i remember playing it years ago and i swear...it hasn't aged a day.
