i haven't found a long-term "favorite" game i love to play on the DS yet. like for my PSP, I never get tired of Madden, MLB the Show, and especially GTA. but the games i've beaten on the DS (mostly platformers) don't seem to have alotta replay value with me after i've beaten them.... well, there are other reasons too i suppose, such as that my kids play the DS alot, which makes me resort to playing something else when they are. so, um, err, I don't have a fav, just the ones I'm currently playing through, and that's mainly Super Mario 64 and FF3 right now. :-)
I like to play the star trek TA game a lot. I'm a casual player though that gets on that thing maybe three times a week when I'm bored with nothing else to do. The star trek game is great for that, just start it up, kill some romulans, shut it down. I also like star fox a bunch too, it's a great one for a quick round or two of killing then shut it off.
