When is Rock Band going to be released?(And Disccusion about it)

I have to know when its coming out i was just playing it on my friends 360 and it was so fun, I always thought the Guitar Hero and Rock Band were like the Ga*est games ever, but how they proved me wrong the second time i played I loved it, and now I MUST HAVE ROCK BAND.

I don't think a release date has been given.
What I'd like to know is if they somehow can support dlc.Conjuration

DLC = Down Loadable Content

Also, there COULD be DLC, but I highly doubt it. Nintendo doesn't really like it.

dlc = downloadable content

Like downloading songs and stuff.

not true. thats what wiiware is partially for. alongside bringing out brand new games,Wiiware allows for DLC. RedOctane (creators of GH3) are supporting it when it is released on May 12th (or 15th).

yeah i was thinking about. That is such a good idea, playing any rock song you like but it will probably cost you some wii points, but it would totally be worth it , and im pretty sure Nintendo can open their mind to this idea

Great I just found out the game is coming out April 1st next year, isnt that a load of BS like they had so much time to make it and by the time it comes out Ps3 and the 360 will have RockBand2. This is so stupidGamezRmiilife

Uhm... dude where have you been? I had Rockband since last year & it's for the PS2 the PS3 & Xbox 360 versions we're released earlier than the PS2 version silly*

It IS true. Nintendo doesn't really like things dealing with online, look at the gamecube for example, they released networking accessories that were used for hacking the GC more than their actual function. They're only now doing it because of a lot of people now thinking it is an important part of Gaming. Also, if they really cared about DLC, they would of given us a choice for a better storage medium. 512MB onboard Flash is NOT enough for good DLC and the way Nintendo currently has the SD Card used is a joke. Nintendo makes great games, but they have a lot to learn about Online Gaming.
