When is the NAVY BLUE DS lite coming out?

or is it ever going to coming to the US.

I prefer this one than the other colors. I know I can import this one from Japan, but

I that cost $200, and I don't want to pay that much for a DS.

SO does anybody if this will come and when it will come to the US?
