When is Wii 2 coming out?

I think maybe 2012, it seems like the perfect year really. Hope it has backwords with wii 1 and gamecube, and maybe have Gigs? HD cables? interface like the xbox 360 like having friends with no friend codes, and full third party support like for the other consoles. I want call of duty 7 on wii 2 too.

Well, it's fine to speculate and all, but this generation is still kind of in its 'toddler' phases, there's still plenty of potential left for all the systems. ... as far as answering your question, I would say close to 2012 or 2013, since most consoles seem to have a 6-year life span, give or take a few ...

"Wii 2" would have to be coming out next year for that to happen.

So you want big harddrives, HD graphics, Xbox interface and games from other consoles? Why don't you just buy another console then? I love it when people want the Wii to just do the same things like everybody else.

I love it when people tell others to buy a different console when the main reason for buying a Wii is the controls. If people really wanted to game on dual analog, they would have bought a PS360 to begin with.

Won't be until the Wii is not doing so well and with the introduction of motion plus, its going to be running strong for a fair while longer and only a mad man would pull the plug and stop the money rolling in.
