I cant find one either man, I got the money, just need the luck. But i`m guess after April 1st you can find them, because according to Gamestop, they have been holding back on their release of Wiis (Nintendo) to begin their 2007-2008 fiscal year with a big boom buy having Wii`s ready for sale everywhere.
Gamestop has no idea what they are talking about. Nintendo makes a million units a month for the world. Gamestop isn't getting as many units as Bestbuy or Walmart or Target or Toy's R US. Nintendo is upping production in April. Whenever gamestop has said this crap the NPD, Euro charts, and Japan sales show that gamestop has no clue what they are talking about when it comes to wii sales.
try that one. Wiis don't get in stock all the time on internet sites, but if there are ever any in stock, this website will tell you where. Also, try local places. I randomly went into an EBgames today (got Wiiplay and Crackdown), and saw one left in stock. If I didn't already find one on Amazon (thanks to wiitracker.com), I would have bought it right then and there.Just call around. You might just luck out.
Some higher-up retail big-wigs are starting to think that Nintendo has purposely withheld some of their supply for the beginning of Q1 2007, which is *gasp!* next week. So start looking this coming Sunday.
i dont really buy the theory that nintendo is shorting their supply bc the hype for the wii is out of control now, and the shortage has nothing to do with it. they'd only be shooting themselves in the foot by not taking advantage of it while it lasts and selling as many consoles as they can. of course, who knows.
