Where are the arcade shooters?

I'm sorry if this has already been discussed, but I'm curious as to why there hasn't been much in the news about Arcade shooters for the wii. I recall when this console was first revealed, people were talking about the possibilities of a new Duck Hunt, Sega even mentioned the possibility of a Virtua Cop, and who can forget the awesome Point Blank series? Which for some reason has a DS release, but no talks of a Wii release!

I'd much rather have these games than many of the half-assed puzzle games that seem to flock to Nintendo systems these days.
