But yea, there's no telling it Nintendo will ever make this game for the DS
I honestly think that SSB on DS would look terrible. Now if it was for the PSP, then I would feel pretty confident that the PSP could handle what SSB would offer. DS just doesn't have the capabilities to me, considering that SSB is such a fast-paced game where a lot of things are happening at once. I also wouldn't like to play SSB without a joystick (Mariokart got by).Â
I don't see SSB on the DS happening simply because it would come out too late in the DS's life time since it would be starting development after Brawl. Even if it does come, there would probably be a new handheld coming out around that time anyway. Â
i think ssb will be good on the ds if it had 2d graphics. if its like jump superstars am sold!ken8659
Yeah really. Considering how well JSS works on the DS an SSB with some limited touch controls seems like a no brainer for Nintendo. With the DS at the top of it's game I don't think it's too late to release one either, if Nintendo could get one out in the next year or so they could make a fortune and sell even more DS systems. Maybe they could enlist Ganbarion (developers of the JSS games) to start working on a new SSB for DS.

well i had a dream that there was ssb game it was realy cool lol. and dude its ok dont freak out this is what a form is. talk about what the poeple want to see. what r u geting to mad about.
Just be content with JUS and JSS on the DS. I doubt the DS will see a super smash brothers. Many hard-core fans of the series would get angry, since the long playing ones are used to wavedashing, short hopping, l-canceling, and other stuff that the DS can't manage easily. We still haven't seen a Fire Emblem on the DS. Hope for that, first.
Wait, did someone say that it would be too far in the DSes lifespan? It still has a good 3 years, If you go by the GBA standard.

ya i think i'd be really kool if they did make one, but i just don't think their gonna get around to it. I'd most definitly buy it if they did release it
