Ok we all know that Metroid Prime is a trilogy and with the release of Metroid Prime 3, that trilogy is over.
What i now ask is, where to from here? Will we see another Metroid on the Wii (not under the Metroid Prime name), or will there be some sort of spin-off on the DS? Or will we be waiting for a new Nintendo system before we see Samus again?
Yeah see thats where this could become an interesting topic, because there are so many potential possibilities for the series.
Im sure fans would love to see another game on the Wii. Spin-offs are cropping up all the time these days so thats a potential possibility The next system is a long way off, that might get up gamers noses if they dont see a new game until then
Technically its a quadrilogy. since there are four titles, including hunters. But I just think it's probably going to just go back to 2d platformers. Most likely exclusively on the DS.
Being that there were two metroid games on the GC. I think we should be seeing another one on the Wii, not anytime soon though... I really hope they make a new 2D DS Metroid though, its about time already...

thats fine, im not expecting anything immediately, it would mean theyre rushing, and therefore less of a quality experience
