I love Nintendo, but the only 1st party title I will pick up at launch will be Star Fox 64 3D. Since Nintendo titles will sell well regardless, I'd rather support 3rd party development by purchasing Resident Evil: Revelations and MGS3.

I'm not getting my 3DS at launch. And I doubt all of the games currently announced will be immediately available anyway (that would be one epic launch if they were though). Umm, but if it's available by the time I do get a 3DS I'll certainly pick up RE: Revelations.
Ocarina of Time, and maybe Paper Mario. I'm not really a Paper Mario fan but if it's different to the Wii one which was awful, then I'll see. It looks nice on the 3DS at any rate.
Paper Mario and Mario Kart. I think it's pretty wishful thinking that both of them will launch with the 3DS but those are the ones I want.OreoMilkshakeOh yeah, Mario Kart too for me!
Mario Kart, Lylat Wars (SF64) and one of either Ocarina, Paper Mario or maybe Kid Icarus (if it impresses). Ideally speaking anyway.
As soon as they come out, the Resident Evil and the MGS will be in my paws... I bought a DS Lite soI could play "RE: Deadly Silence", after all.
No really. I did.
:D
If I get it at launch the three I KNOW I will buy no matter what are:
Ocarina of Time 3DS - because its Ocarina of Time!
Paper Mario - Paper mario 64 and Paper Mario Thousand Year door are among my favorite RPG's ever.
Mario Kart - Mario kart DS was the best DS game and best mario kart ever.

It is going to be different if those pics are any indication. it is going to be like the N64 and gamecube one which are turn based RPG' and are frikkin amazing.
I'm not because I'm not buying a NDS. They are coming out with way to many consoles. First there they came out with the lite, which was a good improvement form the clunky old one, but now they have the DSi, and then the NDS. No thank you, I'll stick with my lite.GmasterRED
*facepalm* You realize its a completely new handheld generation right? It is NOT another iteratin of the DS. BTW its called a 3DS, an NDS is any DS system as N stand for Nintendo, so they are ALL NDS's ;). Nintendo did this with the gameboy advanced too. They had the GBA, GBA SP, Micro GBA, and the GBA SP plus or something like that. Then they came out with a DS, which is NOT another iteration of the GBA, it is a new gen, just as the 3DS is a completely new gen. When paper mario, ocarina of time, mario kart, MGS, resident evil and more come out, your lite wont be able to play these games.
Mario Kart is my first choice, as I have loved every Mario Kart game I've played. Paper Mario and Animal Crossing will be early purchases as well.
Assuming these are launch titles that is....
is there an offical list of games that will launch? well i'm hoping to get Kid Icarus, looks amazing and never got into the original. Mario Kart looks impressive and defintely Resident Evil.... i need to just save up a ton of money and get them all... they all look great to me!
Assuming everything would be out at launch (that would be something...)
Ocarina of Time (dont own, bout time I did)
Paper Mario (my most anticipated)
Mario Kart (can't go wrong)
And perhaps Kid Icarus, MGS and Resident Evil, assuming they get a good reception.
I'm definitely grabbing a 3DS at launch. I'll be getting the new Mario Kart, the remakes of Star Fox 64, OoT, Paper Mario, so on (when they're out), Kid Icarus looks amazing, so I'll grab that too, so on. Anything of quality really. I wish there was a new Castlevania lined up for it, there will be, but no word on it yet.
I was about to build a new Core i7 gaming rig but I think I will spend some($600) of my gaming-rig-money on the 3DS instead, I'm assuming the 3DS would be close to $300(more or less) so that leaves me more or less $300 for games :D

noone knows how much it will cost yet, but I doubt it goes over 200, but if it does it will be 250. I see a min of 150 (DS launched at 150) and a max of 250 (Wii launched at 250). I would go with 200 though. Yeah I have a nice gaming rig too, but unfortunately I did not buy a GPU as Fermi was a dissapointment, so I am waiting for something better. And in the meantime the stuff I bought is only being used so much and the beautiful DX11 cannot be used on my 8800GT :(.

I hope you're right about the price of the 3DS,
off topic: I agree with what you said about Fermi I'm a bit disappointed too because it didn't exactly blow the competition away, plus its way expensive
Kid Icarus Zelda OOT 3DS remake RE And all the DS games i missed all those years Crono Trigger Zelda Hour glass and Spitir tracks Okamiden Golden sun Clash of Heroes M&M etc Any other DS ones i should definatly get ?I love Nintendo, but the only 1st party title I will pick up at launch will be Star Fox 64 3D.
