Which controller?

Say your playing a NES game and you could use either your Wii remote, gc controller, or classic controller. Which one do you pick up?

for just nes is the wiimote but everything else goes to the gcn controller unless i have the nes controller to gcn port adapter wire

Well, if it's for a NES game, then the Wii remote is the only real choice, seeing as it replicates a NES controller perfectly when held sideways.

For other games, however, it would depend on how well each control style works best for me.

i find the wiimote is best for nes games, the classic controller is best for snes/genesis games, and the gc controller to be best for n64 games.

Wiimote for NES controller, Classic Controller for SNES, GCN for N64, GCN, and SSBB. Wii Wheel for Mario Kart Wii

everything else, Classic Controller.

(and Wii Ware games that Require Wiimote go to the Wiimote.)

I only play with the Gamecube Controller with Super Smash Bros.

GC controller. hands down. don't mind playing with the wii-mote either, but definitely prefer the GC controller.

The Wiimote, it's basically an elongated NES controller.

For NES games the Classic Controller, because it has a nice, big D-pad.

Anyway, Wii remote for Wii games (Except Gamecube controller for Mario Kart Wii).

Gamecube for N64 VC games.

Cl-assic controller for VC games (Excluding N64).
