Which controller feels more comfortable?

I want to buy a few controllers for virtual console and upcoming games that won't use remote (Fire Emblem, Super Smash Brawl, and any others), and I was wondering if I should bother getting the classic controller. I got 1 Gamecube controller, b/c I'm going to play some Cube games on my Wii, so is there any advantage of the classic controller, or does it feel better than the Cube one?
