I have only ever played Dragon Warrior Monster, Dragon Quest Monsters Joker, and Dragon Quest Heroes Rocket Slime. I dont don't have a NES or SNES anymore, so I'm looking forward to at least trying these games.
finally! ive been waiting for square would make an announcement for this game. I was thinking to myself " if they dont make any announcement till june....ill give up hope for this game to be released here". Because usually after one of their games has come out in japan, they announce if it will be released anywhere else within 5-7 months after its japanese release. Cant wait for this game ^__^.
Im getting all four DQ games (IV,V,VI,IX) thats for sure! Never played IV so Im really exicted for it! I have played V and VI in english threw means I shall not discuss and I gotta say I loved Dragon Quest VI the most. But there all ubber and awesome.

God dude, Im gonna get 4, 5, 6 and 9 the first day each game is released.
i can't wait for DQIX. i think it's stupid that they changed it back from real time to turn based just because they felt it was too much of a departure. i really want them to change it back. it would be amazing to play a game like that in real time. i loved DQVIII but i do think it would have been better if it was real time. i'll still buy and play DQIX even if it's turn based but i'll always wish it wasn't. haha! petition anyone? haha!
I'm most excited for IX. The only one I've ever played was the Original Dragon Warrior for NES. I just got into RPG's a few years ago so I'm way behind on Dragon Quests. These will give me an opportunity to try them out!
I'm getting all of them, I've only played DQ VIII (and loved it) so I have no preferences on the remakes.mlisette23
Exactly the same for me. VIII was my first and I had a great time with it (one of few games I happy logged over 100 hours in). I'm not sure about the remakes since I never played the original. I'm really excited for IX, though, because it's the same great developer that did VIII. Go Level 5!!!
