get RE4 only if you haven't played it for any other system, otherwise get LOZ:Twilight Princess or Super Paper Mario

I would actually recommend 3

Resident Evil 4 (Wii edition)

Trauma Center 2nd opinion

Depends on your taste, really. If your a Zelda gamer, then get Zelda. I personally, got Zelda on launch day because I'm a Zelda fan, but I heard good things about RE4 Wii edition. Haven't played it myself, but I have played the cube version and it totally rocked! So I could only imagine how much better it is with the new controls. Will be investing in it real soon.;)
