The VC would be quicker. So I guess I would do that.

Considering you have a Wii, the OOT game will be equal.  The N64 download was given the exact same treatment the GC collector's disk had (redesign, 480p graphics, save state).  So the only real difference is whether you feel more comfortable saving on the Wii hard drive or the Gamecube memory card.  Be warned that Majora's Mask has some problems on the GC collector's disk, and this is probably (hopefully) being corrected for the VC release.

I would go with the collectors edition, you will need all the space on your wii as you can get.

Well personally, I prefer the original N64 cart.   But the other releases support 480p.

Master Quest is two games in one and actually has rumble. So I'd go with that if you can find it.

I've got the Collector Disc, and that's much better than both, since it has 4 games.

Get Master Quest if you can find it and If you dont want to pay how much it is then just buy the VC one.

Master Quest cas better graphics and has the master quest.. I mean the items you pick up look better like the kokiri sword it all shiny and in the N64 version there all dull.

You could download OOT but if you go to the store and get the GC version it also has master quest on there and it is a better version of the game IMO.  The levels are a little harder and there are more baddies.
