I want to get a carrying bag for my Wii and having read such bad reviews of the sling bag I have narrowed my choice down to one of the following:

http://www.ecplaza.net/tradeleads/seller/4321534/wii_console_carry.html

http://www.jr.com/JRProductPage.process?Product=4142161&JRSource=nsa&nsa=1

Does anyone recommend one over the other?

The second one looks easier to carry, but the first one looks better.

Neither, to my concer u really don't need a carrying bag...i think if u bring it to an airport and someone sees it, it is more of a target...and they make u look pretty "homosexual"

I plan on getting a similar bag for my wii next year so I can take it to and from college. You would have to be an idiot to carry your wii around in a "plastic baggy."

i have the second one. I travel a lot between home and school and it works great. I don't put any games in the bag, but the console, the power cord, component cables, the stand, the sensor and 2 remotes and nunchucks fit in there and protect it pretty well. In the even I wanna take home games, I just throw the games where the console goes and throw that in my suitcase and throw the wii in my laptop case. On the downside, it's small and you look like you're carrying a purse, but hey, that purse is keeping my damn wii safe and all together :-D

I just use a backpack I bought at Target awhile back that held my wii and games and sensor bar and what not when I took a flight to Ohio...Did the job just fine...

Just go get a nice, small to medium size backpack from Walmart or Target and that will do the trick...Plus you will prob save money on it...I think....
