Which game, between Sonic and the Black Knight and Muramasa: The Demon Blade, has the better original music?

Sonic and the Black Knight does NOT have any original music whatsoever. The cruddy singing and the rocky? No. Utterly pointless music that SEGA started with in Adventure.

Sorry for sounding harsh. I just hate the kind of music SEGA brought to the series.

Yeah, the modern 3D Sonic games have awful music in them. Absolutely cringe worthy typical japanese takes on the western 80's glam rock, with some japanese pop thrown in. That said, Sega know how to make good music. Hopefully we'll see some of that in Sonic 4.

Sega needs to go back to the Electronica days where the music was all instrumental. I was impressed with Sonic Unleashed because the music score was darn good. No crappy boy band music. Sonic Adventure 2 did have some good tracks in them too like Aquatic Mines, White Jungle, Pumpkin Hill, Meteor Herd, Dry Lagoon, all the Chao Gardens (I especially like the Holy Chao Garden Music)and others. Sonic Adventure 1 had some good music like Mystic Ruins but overall yeah, all the boy band crap needs to go. I liked the entire music score for Sonic Unleashed especially the city music. I have just sat there and let it play. It's no comparison to the original sonic gamesmusic but it's definitely a step in the right direction.

They should get Mux Mool to do some of their tracks along with Kitaro. That would be awesome.

Mux Mool- just an example. I can actually see that songto a Sonic Stage. They actually used some of the sound effects from Sonic CD in the track.

Kitaro- Could be a Sky Stage Song.

Rather than trash Sonic, I'll just say Muramasa has some beautiful atmospheric music :)
