Snes, easily. Super Mario RPG? A Link to the Past? Super Mario World? Secret of Mana? Harvest Moon? Super Metroid? Breath of Fire? Ogre Battle? Please, no contest....

Sega Master System... Most of all the best games havent been released yet.... Wonder Boy In Monster Land, Phantasy Star, Penguin Land, and so on.
