No money + other games I want more at the moment = Probably not getting Punch-Out in the near future. Could be a nice title to pick up [much] later on, though. :)
Leaning towards no... It appears as though the game will contain about as many fighters as the NES version but still cost as much as a full game. Without the content there I can't justify the purchase. Of course all the details haven't been released yet so things may change.Babinro
Appears from what -- 2 short trailers? I doubt it'll have less characters that Super Punch Out!! and games like this have a ton of replay value. To answer the topic's question, this is definately the type of game I would buy.
Well from the sound of it there are 13 fighters and some type of multiplayer. There are only around 3 or 4 newfighters according to ign who go hands on with the game in the next day or so. I know the original and super nintendo version inside out so I really hope that they change the old characters movement patterns so there is a new challenge.
Also it also sounds like u can use the wiimote sidewaysif you want old school controls. Anyway Im sure more specific news will be out over the next couple of days.
No matter how hard I try I willget itfirst day :)
Here's my thoughts:
VC is getting a version before this comes out.
I'd rather play something more photo-realisitc like Fight Night so am praying for a Don King miracle.
So far Boxing games on the Wii have been sub-par.
I'm not a Nintendo fan-boy, I didn't buy a Wii because I had a NES,SNES,N64,GC,GB,GBA,GBASP,DS,DSLite,DSi, so I'm dying for this game or any other nintendo franchise to come out.
