Although they looked kinda gay they were so much more hilarious and better than the commercials present. I remember laughing with my bro when I first saw the original ssb's commercial. And lets not forget those cheesy slogans, "Now you're playing with power, Get the n or get out" Ahh,, good times,,,
I miss the old days when commercials weren't about epic appeal. The last commercial I remember that reminded me of the commercials in the past would have to be the Dragon Quest Mosters: Joker tv advertisement. Gotta love those costumes and attitude. :P

Indeed there was. I talked about it to my fellow friends at the Game Crazy(okay, so what if I know all the members that work there?) after watching that commercial. It made me consider getting the game, even though I planned not to. :P

It's not a bad game, I like the graphics for sure. Still the main character is odd, I don't care much for the way you see monsters walking around on the field and I don't feel that the game is as memorable as the original Dragon Quest Monsters on GBC. But it's worth a buy for any DQM fan, and the monster ability-customization is nice.
i miss the Animal Crossing Comericals....with the people in suits dressed up like the people in AC living togeather in the town....i always wanted them to make a real tv or online show.
heck yeah those were rad. and its not really a commercial but does anyone remember the donkey kong country exposed promotional video? I came across it the other day and it was hilarious now after remembering how cool i thought it was when i was a little kid. especially the "accidental" killer instinct footage at the end.
i loved the old "your playing with power... super power" slogan
but the one i remember the best was the N64 because it was my era, "Get N or Get Out" that gave Nintendo this badass appeal they where sick with it and N logo was off the hook
