Depends, Zelda and Peach both have quite flowing outfits which would let the air in, so they wouldn't be that hot, Samus would be really hot in her Suits because they're metal and it'd be warm and stuffy inside, but as Zero Suit Samus she'd be quite cool, however the latex like material would still be quite warm, so I think Zero Suit Samus would be hotter.
Well I really don't think about graphics being hotter than each other but I have a girl friend so I am not a pervert who looks at video game characters all day

But Zelda and Peach's outfits are also probably made out of material that isn't Breatable like alot of the Women from before Cotton was used so those close can also be hot and stuffy because the only way Air will get in those close I think is if they lifted up their clothing to let air in but they wouldn't be allowed to do that because they are Royalty and are suppose to behave in Public.
To everyone saying "A real girl" Or "Neither they are pixels". I just have to laugh. Of course they aren't real. It's a digital representation of a person. They are as real to you as celebrities on television. Is it wrong to find them attractive? If it is then I'm quite lame because Jessica Alba is damn hot.
