Who is your favorite Nintendo character and would you cosplay as them?

Hey guys I am back again with another post, Do you have an all time favorite nintendo character/characters? If so who would you cosplay as? This is just a topic I know some people arent into cosplay but I am just asking if you would who would you be? Last month I went to the Otakon 2009 Anime/Gaming Convention and I seen some awesome cosplayers that represented some of the nintendo characters and some of the Nintendo Exclusive title characters and it persuade me to come cosplay next year as Ness and Link. My favorite character is Link, and no offense to fans of it, if you like it enjoy it, but I find cosplay unbelievably stupid.

Damn I'd love to see 'em too. What convention and where is it?

What to cosplay as? That question has been on my mind for the last three months. The one thing I'd like to cosplay as is a Space Pirate from either Metroid Prime or Metroid Corruption, but the designs are pretty complex.

Also, if people don't like cosplay, why are they even commenting here? Especially when said comments are just plain disrespectful and obnoxious.

I wouldn't cosplay as my favorite characters but it'd be awesome if I could cosplay as a Space Pirate Commando. Either that or I'd cosplay Travis. His costume seems pretty simple enough.

Its called Otakon and its held once a year at Baltimore Maryland at the convention center on the harbor. The convention is a 3 day event and this year 26,000 people attended and it was my first time going so I didnt cosplay so I waited to see what I was getting myself into and I must say I had fun and they had a game room that had all current gen consoles and Japanese released games for the wii as well there were over 30 42inch flat screen tv's there and so many games to play on every console. They had tournaments, sold Nintendo Merchandise, Hentai, music, etc. It cost $65 for all 3 days and you must book a hotel early if you want to be close to the convention because when I say the line is long on day one its long over thousands of people camp outside the convention center. Hmm....I guess cosplay as someone from Fire Emblem like Ike? Or Roy? They have the closest hair style to mine own. And I'm Japanese so apparently that makes it ok for me to Cosplay, lol.

My favorite character is Mario and I wouldn't cosplay as him. I wouldn't cosplay at all, I think it is kind of stupid.

Last halloween i was mario again. it was pretty cool because everyone asked for my autograph, AND i can do a rly good voice impression of him.

Im currently working on my link costume. i already have the hat, sword, sheild, belts, and boots.

Link would be my favorite nintendo character, but there's no way i could ever look like him even with a really good costume. The only game character i could manage to look like with a costume would be solid snake.

If the dude that is King Hippo was fatter he would look almost 100% like him.

Shy Guy is my favorite character. So yes, i'd coaplay. Also, Roy wouldn't be to hard for me to cosplay as.

I would cosplay as Gohan, but that's not a Nintendo character so I would cosplay as Link.

I want to see someone cosplay as Ganondorf. They need to have the cape, the beard, and the funny hairstyle. It would be epic :D

Saki, Wolf, Ike, Marth, Brenner, Soren, and Samus (no cosplaying for any of those the last one wouldn't work unless it was a Metal Suit and still not work.)

3rd Party Travis Touchdown (I would probably cosplay as him it might be easy to pull off if I had time to do stuff like that)

As far as third party I would like to go as Android 17 from Dragon Ball Z that is so easy to pull off.

I would only cosplay as Samus,even though I'm a guy,because then nobody would know that it was me. I think cosplay crosses the line between gamer and nerd.
