Who out there owns JUST a Wii and intends to stick it out with a Wii for awhile? I was wondering cuz you normally hear about Wii60 or PSWii but not so much Wii lol. Anyways a little info would be nice cuz I'm seriously debating on gettin one. (no I'm not asking if I should get one, just wanna know how you guys like em is all)
i only have the wii and don't plan on buying anything else. Not because I hate sony or microsoft but because I don't really have a crap load of money, plus I don't want to be overrun with too many games, and then there's the time factor too.
How are the games? I am a HUGE FPS guy and I heard they suck and rule on Wii? Could someone break it down for me who has played a number of FPS's on Wii
I own just a Wii. Only Wii sports as my only game but it's still fun and weeks of owning the Wii, I still play it. Getting Sonic next, and then F-Zero GX for GC if not SSX Blur. Then I'll find a Wii points card and finally download Bomberman and LttP. I've been trying to find a Wii points card for so long. But then I stopped looking after I started tracking Sonic. That's my plan ^ :)
I do. There are plenty of games I want on Wii combined with DS that there's no reason to spend money to get a wider selection when I could never afford them all in the first place.
im only going to be owning a Wii, until my family gets an HDTV. after that, ill buy one of the other two consoles.. i dont want to use my money and not fully be satisfied, ya know?

There's not enough FPS games on wii to make any kind of "sucks vs rules" comparison.
But the games I've played, all rock.. Wario, Rayman, Sonic, WiiSports, WiiPlay, & Zelda. The only exception may be Elebits... Didn't like it as much as the others.
I only own a Wii, and it'll probably be my only console for at least a couple years. I tend to use my console to play games when friends come over and Wii seems to be the console best tailored to multiplayer. Yeah, there are a few single-player games I'll play, but for the most part my single player gaming (or online gaming) is done on the PC. If I didn't have a PC (or didn't use it for gaming), I'd do the Wii60 thing. I've never been a fan of the Sony exclusives and I think it's silly to pay extra for something I'd never use (BluRay). MS, on the other hand, has set the bar extremely high with it's online that I think Nintendo and Sony will be lucky if they can catch up to it by the end of this generation. I really see there being very few "must have" exclusives for PS3 or 360. Based on the titles in development most everything that looks awesome (and isn't a sequel to something exclusive) is hitting both.

I do. If IÂ wanted I could buy the 360/PS3 or both but I don't have the desire. I don't have lots of time to game and the Wii gives me plenty to keep me busy when I do!

I own just a Wii and I highly reccomend it. If your have a lot of family members I warn you that you better be able to share Wii Sports or buy Zelda so they will stay away from the violence.
*raises hand* (sadly) yes i only have the wii. well as of next gen systems i own all the current gen systems. i am "supposed" to get a 360, but i dont have enough money so i got to wait. once i get 400 then ill be set but as of now its just wii. wii60 ftw!!
I only have a Wii and I don't plan on getting the others until a price drop. When I do get one of the others, it will be the 360 first. Anyways, the Wii is awesome. I'm finally getting through Zelda and it's freaking amazing.
If I only had a Wii I'd be bored out of my skull with it. There just aren't enough good games to warrant owning one on its own. To be honest I have more fun with my 360 at the moment.
i own just a wii for current generation systems but i have ps2 nd gamecube nd othor systems too
as for my thought wii rules and your fps question i have played 2 fps which i think are the only two fps out for wii right now and they are red steeland call of duty 3Â i love red steel you get to aim your gun with the wiimote and its very accurate same with cod3 both pretty good games
overall wii is a great system wit hgreat fps but just wait till metroid prime 3 corruption 3 comes out that will most likly be the best fps on wiiÂ
but if u get wii also try zelda GREAT action/adventure game
I got only a Wii. Im planning on buying a PS3, but that will be in like 12-18 months. I dont have a HDTV yet, so ill wait with the purchase of PS3 until i get one.
