Who still has the DS Phat?

I was roaming through several stores for the past couple of weeks, like EBgames, Walmart, futureshop, etc...

i just couldnt find a single DS Phat anywhere. all been replaced with DS Lite...

so i was thinking like if its time to exchange my old DS...

Only point of getting the Lite is that it has backlight. 

I guess Nintendo released the fat one first because it'd be cheaper 

and they could check out its popularity first. 

I'm still bitter about it, no matter why. Maybe I'll give it to my brother...

But then he'd need games, too. pft.

I do because I can't see the point of wasting money on a DS lite when you've got a perfectly good normal DS.

I still got one, i'm still kinda mad at nintendo for it, cause i buy it and then like 6 months later they announce theres a new model -_-;; only thing about nintendo that annoys me. I'm thinking about giving my ds to my mother and importing the navy blue ds from japan.Kakua_Omari

So if you own a Lite that automatically makes you a bandwagon jumper? If that's true then I guess the same could be said about PC's or any other electronical device that a lot of people own.

why so angry? I wasn't saying that all DSlite owners are "bandwagon jumpers".

In the beginning alot of people were sceptical about Nintendo's Radical new ideas on their systems. The people That bought DsPhats are people who had faith in Nintendo. The DS and the Wii are both gaining popularity compared to the other systems in their class. I'm just saying that most of the DS lite owners did not originally have the idea of buying a DS at luanch.

 Also PC's have a TON of versions they don't have the same name for each one. They each have different parts. But i believe that lites and Phats have the same hardware in both.

I got a really good deal for my phat on e-bay ($100 PLUS they threw in Animal Crossing). I like it a lot and don't see buying a lite anytime soon. Plus there were all those problems with the pixels and the cracks (which some people claim are false but there was enough discussion about it to give new buyers pause). Anyway I don't see I should rush to buy the new simply because it's brighter.

i see a reason for him to be angry unless u had ur own definition of a "bandwagon jumper"...

from wat i can tell, Bandwagon Jumper has these meanings:
"Someone who changes from one team to the other."
"A person who did not support a team until that team showed promise to."
