Edit? No. They can refuse to license a game which basically means that you won't be able to buy it, but they can't say "okay, change X, Y, and Z" and then have the developers bound to abide by that.
Anyways, as many others have said, if they allowed No More Heroes in all its crimson, profanity-laden glory, I somehow doubt they care too much about blood and profanity in third-party games.
You sure? I mean, even if Nintendo refused to license it they could still sell it right? Or is it that they need a special code in order for it to wok on Wiis that they get from licensing, which I doubt.
I'm not certain how it works, but obviously Nintendo would never allow an unlicenced game onto their system. They wouldn't be able to collect their portion of the profits if they did. (why do you think console games cost more than their PC counterparts?)
