This reminds me - does anyone remember the MGS game for Game Boy Color? That game was surprisingly good! Probably the best thing I ever played on that system, next to Super Mario Bros. DX.

I dont agree. MGS gameplay is stale. The game is all about story, graphics, and cutscenes. The DS couldnt pull them off well enough for me to enjoy.

That's not entirely true. I suppose while MGS1 did have a lot of story, it was mainly game based. It wasn't like MGS2 (WTH?), but I think that could work. Hell, I completed it again fairly recently, still just as fun.

i agree with this guy .. not possible to mantain great graphics ... NES/SNES version possible for a remake maybe ? thats the best it can do .. praoblly ..

Has anyone else seen the ninja gaiden preview? im sorry but thats going to be the best game on ds in every category innovation(action sideways?!? hotel dusk did it but ninja gaiden is an action game not a slow clue solving game) graphics and gameplay i think they could easily innovate mgs in the same way they did
