I think wiimakes r kool because it gives people a chance 2 experience good gamecube games with awesome new controls. Look at re4 its even better on the wii in my opinion and its $30 now thats a steal. Some gamecube games in my opinion would work well on wii like super mario sunshine. luigi's mansion, and even the wind waker would b kool. Who else thinks its a good idea for people who didn't have a gamecube.
Resident Evil 4 worked because it's one of the best of all time
You can't do that with just any title. It's a waste of time and money for any publisher to bring a game to the Wii this late into the game. At launch it made snese because no one knew it would be so popular but now that devs are making games specially for the Wii they'd just get trounced with the sales.
As for providing games for the people who didn't have a Gamecube the Wii IS a Gamecube if need be so there's not much of an incentive for people to spend 30 dollars on titles they can get the Gamecube versions for 10.
I don't mind a rehash here and there but for the most part there's too much potential in the Wii to just bring up the old things over and over. Especially when you can play all the Gamecube games on the Wii
If they do Wii-Makes then they are going to have to be very picky about what games and I dont think they should charge full price. There is a fine line between a port and a Wii-Make
There are no "Wiimakes". Just ports. a remake is when you completly redevelop a game from the ground up. You'd be able to see a difference. These games are just ports. The only difference is control scheme.
I wouldn't mind seeing a few real remakes. But I'm tired of seeing ports.
I think it's possible that we may get an MGS2 remake. The gamecube got a remake of 1. And did any of you notice that Snake's wearing his MGS2 outfit in Brawl? I think it might have been a hint. What other reason would he be in that outfit? I mean, I'd think it make more since to put him in his 1 out fit because MGS1 was actually on a Nintendo console. But 2 wasnt.

i think Mario sunshine was one of worst 3D Mario game ever to come out, but with an exception of the wii mote that might not be a bad idea.
sure i guess on certain games and i repeat CERTAIN games cuz dont go re-doing the whole gamecube library it will just bring up the PS3 fanboys argument of Gamecube 1.5 again but once in a while wouldnt hurt like during the summer games drought when all we have is crappy movie games but as long as it doesnt take away from them working on good games and focusing on orignial wii games
