Another post about Blast Works only being $20 got me thinking. Did this game tank that fast? It's already at $20 for what reason? I know I for one was excited about it and then didn't get it. What I want to discuss is why you didn't pick it up? Or maybe you did and it wasn't worth it... What did this game in for you? Discuss.

What didn't grab your attention about it.... that is what I'm trying to find out. For me personally I heard 'shoot'em up' and looked into the game and saw tinker-toy graphics...
Another point was the selling point that 'I could make my own levels and stuff!' - that's great and all, but I want to buy a game not a cheap dev kit.
So let me see if this sums it up... 1. The shooter aspect was a turn-off. The genre interest just isn't that appealing. 2. Regional release dates are a joke. 3. More important things to save up for... 4. Graphics 5. Where's the game? being able to make my own isn't the point for a lot of users. and one person that said it was good... for that reason alone.

I was somewhat interested in the game and the low price seemed like a great deal. I have no problem with any genre of game either. Unfortunatly, I blew my money on Ecko Unltd. clothes. :?
I didn't know it was so affordable. I've wanted to get it since it's review, I just have so many games to get through I feel bad about buying new ones.
