Im not excited about sports games tbh, i was only excited about strikers because.. well strikers is an arcady sports title, its not real soccer at all.
I had tried a demo of Madden years ago, 01 or 02, and I really didn't enjoy playing it. Perhaps its more fun with Wii controls, but I don't think I'd ever seriously pay to an EA Sports title unless it was under the Big license.

Well, I don't know how Naruto got involved here, but while I don't much care for Football, I do like Baseball, Volleyball, Soccer, and Badmitton. I also do quite abit of walking. Is that enough activity to justify not playing Football video games?

lol....I also don't know why not wanting to play a football game would make someone non-active...Don't get me wrong I play football and I do play Madden but I am much more excited for games like SSBB, MPC, andSMG.
I'm excited. Madden is always a blast, and i know i'll love it this year. The whole Madden online thing, telestrator, party mode, etc. Man, this is gonna be great.

Sitting on the counch and playing football isnt that exciting actually doing it is better. I HATE SPORTS GAME!!!!! doesnt mean i hate playing sports, just dont see the thrill sitting on my couch playing them.
I gotta say, after spending countless hours playing Madden 07 on the Wii, Im pretty excited about getting 08 what with all the mini games and especially online play, can't wait

I thought the same thing until they annouced 08 would have online. Im going to be way to busy with Metroid and Halo 3 to play Madden this year. Maybe next year.
