Why is everyone so excited for Madworld?

Madworld to me just looks like a big mess.

I mean why does it have NO COLOR!?! Whenever I look at it, it just makes my eyes hurt, and the graphics are all boxy and what not.

It's a styIistic choice,reminiscent of that of Sin City. I like the styIe,and the game looks like it'll be highly enjoyable.

The style of the game looks pretty sweet. I'll probably give Madworld a shot.

Cuz the lack of blood in wii games.

I dont have any expectations for this one... Hope im wrong but it looks like they only focus on the violence, story and graphics are rly poor.

This is a game where you have a good concept but just to much. In other words FAIL. Reasons why this game will FAIL.

If you haven't noticed yet, wii's are mostly owned by kids, and young teens. They are pretty much the general population that own wii's with exception to the older teens and adults (which is just a sliver to the kids) This game is bloody and gory. They have chainsaws going into people's heads! Parents will not let their 13 year old son or 9 year old daughter get this game! Since the kids and young teens make up most of the people that own wii's, this game will not make revenue like mario kart or super mario galaxy. This game will go to 19.99 in about 2 weeks.

Oh and also, the black and white looks like crap. Add color! I am not excited, and hope that this game will go down in smoke and flame.

I agree with the TC. The graphics hurt my eyes whenever I look at them but the concept is a good idea. It has alot of potential. I guess Mad World isn't a game for everyone. pro_gamer12345

Yeah I know bad joke but what ever at least some devlopers are starting to make Wii games that are'nt ports or remakes and actually making original games for the Wii Madworld is one of them and I would definetly want to rent The Conduit and House of the Dead Overkill as well.

It's has different art style, that's all.... and blood, guts, chainsaws, the ability to shove a road sign through peoples heads, over the top decapitations and dismemberments of body parts... that's all though.

Personally I think the black and white style and the emphasis on red blood is quite genious.

It's one of the few decent games coming out on the Wii. If you don't like it, you probably don't have much else to look forward to the first half of the year other than Punch Out with Wii graphics and maybe a new No More Heroes and Fatal Frame.Ovirew

i know that madworld is supposed to be black and white and really contrasty for artistic purposes but when every i look a screen shot of the game the color and contrast just makes everything blend together and its hard to see what is going on unless you look really closelyBoxingTheStars
