Does it mean that in the upcoming Zelda wii, Link will be abandoning his bow for a crossbow? :Dryoness
could be
It probably just means that a crossbow fits the zapper better than a bow.LitchieYeah lol, or Nintendo could make link have a Crossbow in the next Zelda :).
... besides samus but she has her own game fresh out. i think i would have been cooler if it were megaman, that would owncodemasterzxcI've said this before, but I'll say it again.... Samus's Taser Training!!!!!!
Actually, on a recent vacation Link hurt his elbow in a boating accident. Until it fully heals, his family physician ordered him to avoid the stress that drawing a bow can put on it. Link, the crafty hero that he is, decides to take up crossbow training so he can still save Hyrule while his elbow heals.
Good point. One of the advantages of the crossbow was that you used your leg muscles instead of your arm muscles to bend the bow, and you could bend a stronger bow that way. The disadvantage of the crossbow is that it takes a lot longer to load.Actually, on a recent vacation Link hurt his elbow in a boating accident. Link always trains when he gets a weapon. And since Link isn't the same person in every game, it makes sense that he has to relearn his skills.

You guys are all looking way too deep into this..... it's all just a scam to sell Wii Zappers :P.
In the next LoZ game, Link will be paralyzed from the waist down so he won't be able to use a regular bow.
Yeah could be a hint as to the next zelda game. An expanded inventory of weapons. Crossbow could make some interesting gameplay mechanics such as the hookshot being combined with it. meimnobody
I think nintendo will save that idea for "Link's Fishing training"

Sweet. I can put Lord Jaboo Jaboo out of business with that combo.link needs crossbow training because he accidently ate too many prunes and shot his Aunt Tessa in the hip with a crossbow, so link ended up in court with zelda as his witness. The judge ordered 6 months of crossbow training with 1 year probation and a 100 yard restraining order from prunes, prune juice, or any prune ingredient substance...Jayesler12Did Zelda witness his innocence, guilt,or character?

Maybe because he refused to speak, instead giving the occasional shout and scream?
