I've always loved nintendo, it's innovation, I was more than fricking surprised when I saw you could do that with the wiimote, I was also dissapointed with the graphics, I think they could make better graphics, I just don't know why they didn't do it
Zelda TP is a pretty stupid reason to dish out $250 when you get the same quality game on GC (I personally preferred the GC version over the Wii version).
But I knew i HAD to get the system when at E3 2005, Super Smash Bros. 3 was announed by Iwata, and it'll on Revolution with online play and it'd make it for Rev's launch :P

I bought it because of motion controls, but I would've thought that you would add other stuff to the polls, like "for the Miis", or "because I can download classic games", or "just because it's a Nintendo system".
You would think that fun would be an option, I dont buy a system for one game, or for online, or any singlecomponent of the system. I buy them to have fun with a bunch of games, and the many features of the system.
THe begginign reasonis because I couldn't wait another month for TP so I used that as an excuse, but I still would've gottne it for SSBB any way. I was going to get one with or without a strong launch.

well warhawk was playable at last e3.
Whatthe hell does Warhawk have to do with SSBB?C'mon man it's SSBB! AND IT'LL BE PLAYABLE AT E3. SSBB has been or will becrafed to perfection and is made with the polish of a shoe shiner, thequality of a beef wellington and the gameplay ofliterally 1000000x the amount of fun as the hoola hoop. How can the E3 demo NOT dissapoint?
I haven't bought the Wii, yet (I'm getting one for Christmas).I played my friends Wii: AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At first, all I wanted was Wii Sports and Super Paper Mario (I love the Paper Mario series, notice my username is a character in PM2?), but I looked into it, and now there are tons of games I want to get! Dewy's Adventure, SSB3, Super Mario Galaxy, (not TP cause I got it on GC). The Wii is the best console I have ever played! It's motion sensing controls are fantastic! There are so many ways to use the Wiimote! And game developers are using this capability to it's full extent (well, most of them). That's why I am going to buy the Wii!
i was drinking, tired (28 hours at that time), on holidays with my mates playing wii sports at the shops a week after launch. Got it for Zelda too but it was an impulse buy.
I got it for a lot of reasons. There's games I want, the controller seemed interesting, it's cheap, and I wanted the Virtual Console and the ability to play GC games (since I never had one). Plus, my dad decided he wanted one and agreed to split the price with me, so I figured what the hey.
Last gen I opted out of consoles & went to PC gaming. When I saw the Wii I was just really exited about owning one, then I got to play one a friend bought after that it was just a case of waiting for stock I have had mine for 6 weeks now.
PS2 and X-box (and this gens versions) don't add any thing I could not do on PC or PS1, I really am up for game play over graphics.
