that really depends. do you mean voice or text. metroid prime hunters has both. but only when you're in the lobby. clubhouse games has text. those are the only 2 wifi games i own. other than tony hawk. which doesnt have anything

Planet Puzzle League also has friend voice chat, and I think Custom Robo Arena does as well. Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam has short-clip voice chat :)
