(Topic) Iwas just wondering if it was worth buying a wifi adapter when I pick up Diamond.

BTW I've never played online games except on PC.

WiFi is definitely worth it!! You might want a router instead of the wifi adapter, but if you got windows xp and can sit fairly close then get the adapter.

Get a real wireless router instead of buying that Nintendo product. You pay around the same price for a device that can function with all wifi devices, not exclusively for the Nintendo franchise.

Wi-Fi is definitely worth it.With Wifi you can browse the internet,play online games and some other stuff.I use my NetGear wireless router when I play my ds games online.

I have a router and it works good. you may need to swap your roter security type to WEP before it will work though, otherwise the DS cant recognise how to connect!

well i do have XP but its a peice of crap BTW does it(nintendo adapter) work good w/ roadrunner high-speed?

welll i use a wired router (my dad connects it from his office) thats why i cant use wireless router but if you are stuck like me i suggest getting WiFi MAX USB adapter which i am using right now, got it like 2 days ago and actually gotted working a few hours ago (installation is pretty confuzzling) other than that i am having no problems right now what so ever and i am having fun playing metroid prime online

i got the Nintendo wi-fi usb conector and it works great,never had one problem with it yet.i do recomend it

I'd just get a wireless router since you can use it for alot of other things other than the DS. But you definetly need to get one of them because WIFI for the DS is awesome.
