when i first heard of the revolution, i thought u pretend that u do motion sensing, like pretend to point a gun but u actually move the analog, i thought motion sensing was impossible, but it was real
When i first saw the wiimote in a magazine it didnt know it had motion sensing and was just like 'WTF! why the hell would iwantto use a tv remote as a controller' And i was convinced to get a ps3. But gradually i got more interested in the wii nad now i love it :D

hey, someone places the wii horizontally, u know, without the suport thing? just wondering. and recharge station, someone doesnt use it? its much cheaper than keep buying batteries.
Well at first I was like "coooooool it's white like an Apple"......then I immediately bought a skin for it to be Unique :P. I bought the Japanese flag skin (with one with the rays). I get responses from my friends "why are you so Japanese :|" lol.
The first time I played I thought the Motion sensing was AMAZING. Now I'm used to it, now it's just like usinga mouse. :\.
When i heard the idea for the wii's controls, i was eager to see what new inventive ways n would let us play games. Unfortunately, i havent been impressed. Imo they cheaped out on the wii (graphics, processor, etc), but thats just my 2 cents.
I first saw a picture of the Wii controller, y'know, before I heard about the motion sensing and pointer stuff, and my first though was, "Okay, Nintendo's gone off the deep end". But once I heard about what it could do, I was bent on getting it come launch day.

When I first saw the console, I thought it looked stunning. It really is a great looking peice of hardware. Then i saw the remote and I remember thinkng "This has got to be a joke". I heard the name and and was makin fun of my Nintendo fanboy friend for weeks. He managed to convert me however, ESPECIALLY when he told me about the VC, and I eneded up gettin so hyped for it that I qued all night to get it at launch. And I'm very gratefull to him for convincing me to go for it.
I remember back when I didn't understand much about the Wii's controller when I was joking with my friend on the bus about it. We were talking about how much it would suck to play Smash Bros with the Wii controller, or how much it would suck if Twilight Princess ended up being released on the Wii instead of the Gamecube. Lucky for me, I was pleasantly surprised months later.
I remember watching the video of Iwata showing the world the controller at that...2005?....TGS. It was me and like six or seven of my buddies at a friend's apartment and we all **** a brick!! I printed out all of the released pictures of controller the day of that show and we ran to my Gamestop I managed at the time and showed everyone there and I remember how people didn't really know or understand it but they were curious as hell.....
And now the Wii is the best selling thing on planet Earth. Ahh good times :)
different info made me have different reactions.... when i saw the wiimote i thought it would be impossible to use... i was like, oh hells no, how am i gonna get used to the feel? then when i heard of the motion sensing i was like, OMG THIS WILL BE THE BEST CONSOLE IN THE WORLD!

thats not true... before even going into tv's, cars, homes or whatever... look at other consoles alone... the 360 has sold more units then the wii already...
